1. Orders & Customization

How do I customize a product?

Choose your product (T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, cap, bag, etc.) and add your logo, text or design. Depending on the result you want, we will recommend the most suitable technique: DTF / digital printing, heat transfer (flex) or embroidery.

Can I order just one item?

Yes. We offer customization starting from 1 piece on many products. For bulk orders (brands, companies, events, sports clubs), volume discounts are available.

What products can you customize?

We customize a wide range of items: T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, sportswear, tote bags, caps, beanies, backpacks and accessories.

2. Artwork & Files

Which file formats should I provide?

Preferred formats are vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or high-resolution PNG with transparent background. The better the file quality, the better the final result.

I don’t have a clean logo or font. What can I do?

Send us what you have (photo, screenshot, old file). We will check if it is usable and advise you on the best solution to ensure a professional result.

3. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are made online via secure payment solutions. All transactions are encrypted to ensure maximum security.

4. Production & Shipping

What are your production and delivery times?

Production times depend on the customization method, quantity and workload. Estimated timelines are communicated during the order process.

For urgent requests, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and order size.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Customized products are made to order and are not subject to standard cancellation rights. If production has not started yet, we will do our best to accommodate changes. Once printing or embroidery has started, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled.

6. Claims & Customer Support

My item is defective or incorrect. What should I do?

Please email us with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the product (flat, with customization visible)
- a photo of the size label
- a detailed description of the issue

Send us a photo of the label and, if possible, measurements (width and length). We will verify your order and propose the most suitable solution.

7. Care Instructions

How should I wash and care for my custom garment?

General recommendations:
- Wash inside out
- Low temperature wash
- Avoid tumble drying when possible
- Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery
- Do not use bleach
